About

Hi :)
I’m a writer, teacher, and cultural producer from São Paulo, Brazil, currently based in Lisbon. Having spent over a decade living, studying, and working in the United States, English became a central part of both my personal and professional life. I bring a lived understanding of English as a language for communication, creativity, and connection across cultures. I love working with people from different backgrounds and supporting them wherever they are in their journey with English. I hold a degree in Communication Studies and Art History from Temple University in Philadelphia and a TEFL certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from The TEFL Academy.
Alongside my teaching practice, I am the co-founder and creative director of Coletivo Amarelo, a contemporary art gallery dedicated to supporting emerging and experimental artistic practices. My work sits at the intersection of writing, education, and contemporary art, with a particular interest in creativity as a tool for reflection, connection, and personal exploration.
Let's get together xx
Steph
